Two years ago, Corey and Doris were both released as full-time missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They returned to their respective homes in Louisiana and North Carolina. Doris quickly went back to school at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and Corey returned to school at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana.

Life continued as usual for a year and a half until Corey decided to send Doris a message on Facebook. Being his friendly self, he asked her how she was doing. She was thrilled to reconnect with an old friend. After a few messages, he asked if he could call her. It was Christmas break, and they both had more time on their hands than usual which allowed for time to get to know each other better. Corey thought meeting up in Atlanta before Doris returned to Provo would be a perfect time to reunite before the rush of school. However, Doris had a flight voucher. She bought a ticket to Louisiana over Martin Luther King weekend. So after a year and a half, they saw each other again on different terms. It was a fun filled week in the bayou.

When Doris returned to Provo, Corey decided he wanted to make a visit. After another great weekend, they set up a time to meet in Denver. This is where Corey learned about his new favorite game. Disc golf. Doris knew this was a sign. He was sure to fit into the Clark family.

Corey called Doris one day and gave her the great news that he was going to move to Provo for the summer. Doris started planning the summer of their lives!!! She planned camping trips, swimming trips, a trip to Omaha for the College World Series, and so much more. Corey had other plans.

She said yes! Their plans changed for the better, and they will live happily ever after. A fun part of their new beginning is that it will start on August 16th, 2014 when they are sealed for time and all eternity in the Raleigh North Carolina Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This will be exactly two years since they were both released as missionaries from the Utah Ogden Mission.
For the next few years, Corey and Doris will be living in Provo, Utah. Corey will be attending Utah Valley University and Doris will be attending Brigham Young University. Their future mailing address is:
368 East 100 South
Provo, Utah 84606
